Shipping Policy

VORSELIX operates under an international dropshipping fulfillment model, allowing products to be shipped directly to customers in various countries.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during busy periods.

Estimated Delivery Time

International delivery usually takes approximately 7–15 business days. Actual delivery times may depend on the destination, customs procedures, local carriers, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, VORSELIX may be unable to resend the order and will not be responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered as a result of incorrect address information.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order within 6 hours after placing it.

After the 6-hour period, cancellation may no longer be possible because the order may already be under preparation or in the fulfillment process.
